SOLC 9 of 31: Lost and Never Found

A few days ago the inspiration piece was about something lost. A few of us wrote about the never ending piles of the school’s lost and found. We mused about solutions. We questioned how students could lose their jackets and never look for them. We wondered how so many items were left unclaimed.

It got me thinking of other things to name this pile of lost items.

Lost and Never Found

Cabinet of the Forgotten

ILB (Items Left Behind)

Ooops, I lost it again!

Belongings Rescue

Salvation for the Misplaced

Closet of the Unfortunate Things

Left and Lonely

I didn’t come up with any answers about how to solve this never ending growing pile of lost items, but I did have fun thinking of some alternate names for it.

Quite funny! I love “oops, I’ve lost it again.” At least you’ve continued to think about this problem. Our school certainly didn’t solve it, but tried to get parents & children to walk by the piles spread out before we donated them. Always nice clothes, & now needing a new home I guess.

You may need to put the items on a cart and take them on a tour of the rooms in hopes of finding owners. Maybe it can tie in to “Caps for Sale.”
